Our Boy Scout Troop, #343, in San Francisco is trying to raise money to send 28 Scouts on a Camping Trip of a Lifetime to Hawaii in 2008.

We are planning a benefit Hawaiian Luau in September, with all proceeds to go towards that goal. We expect about 150 guests and we are looking for donations of Hawaiian products, foods and goods to be used as raffle prizes, decorations and food for the Luau. Can you help us with a donation of Hawaiian art items?

Our Troop is the largest, (over 100 Scouts) and one of the oldest (50 years) in San Francisco. We are a registered tax-exempt organization (see attached) with the IRS so you can be assured any donation your company could provide will be used to benefit our Boy Scout Program.

I hope you will be able to help us send these boys to see Paradise next year, if only for a few days the memories will last them a lifetime.

Mahalo,

Robert Archer, Troop 343
